Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subject inclusion Patients with mandibular impacted third molars extracted from the outpatient department of Oral and maxillofacial Surgery, Stomatological Hospital of Southern Medical University were selected, and informed consent was signed. 2.Grouping anfd data acquisition Panoramic X - ray films were taken, the subjects were divided into "control group", "experimental group" and "blank group" according to the way the patients chose to eliminate swelling and pain after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe hypertension; 2.Heart disease, diabetes and other patients who cannot tolerate tooth extraction surgery; 3.Patients with limited opening; 4.Patients who are unable to return on time; 5.There are surgical contraindications.
