Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The test object is a single canal anterior tooth, the root canal orifice is closed, and there is no intra-root resorption or extra-root resorption; 2.Clinical examination is clearly diagnosed as fistula-type periapical disease, that is, it has clinical symptoms of periapical disease, a history of leaky duct, and imaging examination has periapical shadows; 3.No serious periodontal disease, and clinical periodontal exploration and imaging examination, alveolar bone resorption is less than one-third, and periodontal and apical damage is not penetrated; 4.Subjects with clinical acute periapical periodontitis can be treated with a one-time root canal filling after the medullary cavity is drained, soothed and relieved; 5.Subjects should be over 18 years old and under 45 years old, have independent behavioral ability, and have informed consent to conduct clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The subject cannot accept it, or cannot cooperate to complete the treatment and follow-up due to physical or time factors; 2.The treatment was not carried out in accordance with the standard operating procedures (including the use of a unified operating procedure to complete the treatment, including the use of rubber dams, sodium hypochlorite flushing, PDT treatment, one-time root filling, etc.), resulting in the inability to conduct experimental analysis.
