50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with subjective cognitive impairment, mild cognitive impairment and ad disease; 2.The age is between 50-90 years old; 3.The mother tongue is Chinese, and the length of education is more than 5 years; 4.Qualified persons accompanied by the informants participated in the study; 5.Patients could cooperate with the examination; 6.Agree to PET study and follow-up for at least three years; 7.Voluntary participation and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with vascular diseases, mental diseases, brain space occupying lesions, history of brain trauma, long-term alcoholism and epilepsy that can cause dementia or cognitive impairment. 2.Pregnancy, lactation, or childbearing age.
