Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients schedualed laparoscopic nephrectomy; 2.Age 30~80 years old; 3.Weight 45~85kg, BMI 18-30 kg/m^2; 4.ASA grade I~ III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to narcotic drugs; 2.History of urinary surgery; 3.Those who drink alcohol or take opioids for a long time; 4.Psychiatric patients or language disorders and those who cannot complete VAS scores; 5.Severe organ dysfunction is in the decompensation period: ? Severe cardiac insufficiency (LVEF < 50%); ? Severe pulmonary insufficiency (breath holding test < <20s) ? Severe renal insufficiency (GFR < 30ml/(min * 1.73m2)), ? Severe hepatic insufficiency: Child-pugh grade C. 6. Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure =160mmHg, and/or diastolic blood pressure =110mmHg) 7. Uncontrolled diabetes (fasting blood glucose =10mmol/L) 8. Uncontrolled coronary heart disease (history of myocardial infarction in recent 3 months, or unstable angina pectoris in recent 1 month, or untreated stable angina pectoris)
