Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Have a clear history of craniocerebral injury, diagnosed by computed tomography (CT) after admission; 2.Be admitted for treatment within 12 hours after injury; 3.Glasgow coma scale (GCS) score on admission <=8 points and no respiratory failure; 4.All treatments and tests have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Intracranial tumors; 2.Major basic diseases (cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, malignant tumors, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute and chronic bronchitis, etc.); 3.With other injuries (multiple fractures throughout the body) , Vital organ damage, the patient has hemorrhagic shock on admission); 4.Major diseases associated with other systems.
