Observation Group:Add low, medium and high concentration anthocyanins when freezing

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Normal semen quality criteria (Refer to WHO laboratory manual for the examination and processing of human semen version 5); (1) Semen volume >= 1.5ml (2) Semen concentration >= 15 x 10^6/ml. 2.Inclusion criteria (1) Aged 20 to 49 years; (2) In line with the diagnostic criteria of Western Medicine of semen quality normal criteria; (3) Without taking drug which is beneficial to spermatogenesis within 3 months prior to inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious basic disease, such as cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, diabetes etc.; 2.With Congenital malformations of the reproductive system, cryptorchidism, microtestis, orchitis, epididymis phlogistic, chronic prostatitis, varicocele etc..
