Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA class I-III; 2.Good compliance; 3.Child-pugh grade A and B; 4.Postoperative histopathologic examination confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma, and histological types included hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocellular carcinoma and mixed hepatocellular carcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a variety of chronic diseases who can not tolerate surgical anesthesia; 2.Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary and renal insufficiency; 3.Allergies and contraindications to related drugs; 4.Have a history of drug allergy; 5.Previous or recent history of opioid use; 6.Recent new infection or immune system diseases; 7.Pregnant or lactating women.
