Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with 14 days of continuous mechanical ventilation (gestational age > 37 weeks) were ventilated for more than 6 hours per day, including duration of invasive mechanical ventilation, non-invasive mechanical ventilation, and nasal high-flow oxygen; Included were patients who had a brief interruption of ventilation during weaning but for a short time (= 1L/kg/min; 6.Non-high-flow oxygen uptake was defined as nasal oxygen supply <1 L/kg/min or <= 4 L/min; 7.For neonates, only gestational age greater than 37 weeks may be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Brain death; 2.No consent if require; 3.Aged >18 years.
