Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation group:After extubation, continuous non-invasive positive pressure ventilation was performed for 6h
Face mask group:Face mask oxygen supplement for 6 hours after extubation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted to AICU after upper abdominal surgery under general anesthesia; 2.Aged > 18 years, no limit on the gender; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade grade I to III; 4.Presented with moderate or high risk factors of postoperative pulmonory lung complications; 5.Conscious and able to cooperate with the anesthesiologist for the treatment; 6.Willing to participate in the trial and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy; 2.Contraindications to noninvasive positive pressure ventilation; 3.Spontaneous breathing test failure; 4.Preoperative pneumonia, atelectasis, bullae, pleural effusion and other diseases or previous chest surgery history; 5.Subcutaneous emphysema, extreme emaciation and other factors disturbing lung ultrasound examination; 6.Participants in other clinical trials in the three months prior to screening.
