Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients were diagnosed by pathology as stage III and IV lung cancer receiving chemotherapy; 2.The patients were screened for CRF, and those who met the criteria of moderate and severe CRF; 3.ECOG PS score = 18 years; 5.Normal language skills, judgment of their own symptoms, and cooperative evaluation; 6.Understand and agree to accept the treatment, and sign the informed consent form; 7.The estimated survival time was more than 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with infectious diseases; 2.Patients with electrolyte disorder, moderate to severe anemia, thyroid dysfunction, moderate to severe insomnia and moderate to severe depression; 3.Allergic patients with drugs used in the study; 4.Patients taking prescription drugs and health care products containing anti fatigue drugs; 5.Chemotherapy combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors; 6.Mental and mental disorders.
