Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-55 year; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who take sedative analgesics for a long time before surgery; 2. Patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3. Patients allergic to propofol or alcohol; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients; 5. Obese patients.
