Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women aged 18-45 years (less than 13 weeks); 2.Volunteers who sign the informed consent. 3.The inclusion criteria of pregnancy constipation group are in accordance with Rome IV (1)At least 2 or more of the following criteria are met 1)A sense of exertion or urgency (more than 25 per cent of the time); 2)The feces of ball or hard manure (over 25% of the time) were drained (Bristol fecal trait scale 1-2); 3)Fecal failure (over 25% time); 4)Obstruction or blockage of anus and rectum (over 25% time); 5)Manual technique is needed to help defecate (such as finger defecation and support the bottom of the basin) (more than 25% of the time); 6)The number of spontaneous defecation in a week is less than 3 times; (2)No laxative is rarely used for stool; (3)It is not enough to diagnose IBS; (4)Symptoms prior to diagnosis are present for at least one month during the current pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women with internal or urinary disorders,constipation caused by diseases or medications, and pregnancy complications; 2.Recently (1 week) take probiotic products or long-term consumption of yogurt, probiotic drinks; 3.Recently (1 week) or long-term use of antibiotics.
