Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. An experienced neurologist meets one of the following conditions based on clinical diagnostic criteria: (1) Parkinson's disease; (2) Shrinking of multiple systems; (3) Progressive supranuclear palsy; (4) Cortical basal ganglia degeneration; (5) Lewy body dementia; 2. Complete the fibronectin test in our hospital. Inclusion criteria of healthy subjects: 1. Healthy subjects with matching age and gender; 2. Complete the fibronectin test in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe head trauma; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with malignant wasting diseases such as malignant tumors; 4. Patients with severe malnutrition.
