Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients who were diagnosed with HBV-ACLF in Shandong Provincial Hospital from 2010 to 2019, the diagnosis of HBV-ACLF complies with the guidelines of the Asia Pacific Association for Liver Research (APASL): a history of CHB with jaundice (serum bilirubin >=5mg/dL) and coagulation dysfunction [International Normalized Ratio (INR)>=1.5 or Prothrombin Activity (PTA)<40%]; 2.Complicated with ascites and/or encephalopathy within 2.4 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. No or missing Gd-BOPTA enhanced MRI data within 2 weeks after HBV-ACLF diagnosis; 2. Tumor patients; 3. Patients with biliary diseases; 4. Patients with renal impairment; 5. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary complications; 6. Patients who have received liver transplantation or liver and biliary tract surgery.
