Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. HER2-positive invasive breast cancer confirmed by pathological examination; Note: HER2 positive expression means that in the pathological examination/review of the primary or metastatic foci performed by the pathology department of the participating central hospital, at least one immunohistochemical staining intensity of tumor cells of 3+ or fluorescence in situ hybridization technology [FISH] Confirmed positive; 3. Known hormone receptor status (ER and PR); 4. Plan to receive postoperative adjuvant treatment of pyrrotinib; 5. Volunteer to join the study, sign informed consent, have good compliance and are willing to cooperate with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 2. Patients who are participating in other studies; 3. The researcher believes that the patient is not suitable to participate in any other situations in this study.
