Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 65 years; 2.Preoperative ASA grade I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative liver and kidney dysfunction (liver enzymes exceed the upper limit of normal 3 times, creatinine or urea nitrogen exceeds the upper limit of normal); 2. Severe cardiovascular system diseases (heart insufficiency NYHA >= grade III, unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, heart failure, severe atrioventricular block, etc.); 3. Those who have communication difficulties before surgery; 4. Have a clear history of nervous system and mental illness before surgery; 5. Have a history of allergy to related drugs used in the test.
