Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=85 years; 2. Diagnosis or suspected G+ bacteria infection, including MRSA, MSSA, VRE, VRSA, etc.; 3. Patients treated with linezolid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use chemotherapy or tigecycline and other drugs that inhibit bone marrow; use metformin, nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibition and other drugs that affect lactic acid; 2. Receive renal replacement therapy; 3. Linezolid use <3 days; 4. The expected survival period is less than 7 days.
