Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Discarded blood samples of healthy people who went to our hospital for physical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Specimen storage time> 6 hours; 2. Blood white blood cell level 10x10^9; 3. Age 60 years old; 4. Suffer from diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction or immune system related diseases.
