Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for family caregivers: 18 years of age or older; a primary informal caregiver of a person with dementia; and in the caregiver role for at least one year. Inclusion criteria for staff: Care staff were invited to the study if they were employed as caregiver support group coordinators or case managers of dementia care services.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Caregivers were excluded if they were unable to comprehend written Chinese as they were required to access and read the online Chinese version of the iSupport program and provide feedback. Exclusion criteria for care staff would be unwillingness to join focus group, or not offering dementia care service.
