Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The acute myocardial infarction group was selected as patients who underwent coronary angiography within 12 hours of the onset of acute myocardial infarction; 2. Chronic complete occlusion group was selected for patients with complete occlusive disease confirmed by coronary angiography, and the course of disease was 3 months or more; 3. In the normal group, patients with coronary angiography confirmed that the degree of vascular stenosis is less than or equal to 30%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous myocardial infarction, revascularization, cerebrovascular disease, tumor, surgery.
