Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes in the Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes in 2017, the patients were of any gender, aged 18-80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent hypoglycemic coma or diabetic ketosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar coma, lactic acidosis and other acute complications of diabetes; 2. Acute cardiovascular events: any one of the patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), transient ischemic attack (TIA), stroke, decompensated heart failure or persistent ventricular tachycardia in the first 3 months was screened; 3. Patients who need dialysis or renal transplantation, who have a history of nephrotic syndrome or inflammatory nephropathy in the past 3 months, or whose urine microprotein is increased due to other causes; 4. Severe liver diseases (ALT and / or ast > 3 x upper limit of normal, and / or total bilirubin > 34.2 µ mol / L (> 2mg / dl)); 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
