40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of Takakura IV ankle arthritis was confirmed by preoperative X-ray and CT examination; 2. BMI <= 30; 3. Aged less than 70 years; 4. Willing to cooperate with surgery and regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Too young; 2. Heavy manual workers; 3. Combined with knee joint disease; 4. Combined with rheumatoid arthritis, pain control inflammation, characteristic control pain wind, etc., rheumatic immune system diseases; 5. Addiction to alcohol and tobacco; 6. Controlled diabetes patients, especially children who have already suffered from dementia; 7. Poor soft tissue conditions around the ankle joint; 8. Whole body or local pollution; 9. Poor local circulation in the ankle joint; 10. Severe bone defect in the ankle joint; 11. Severe ankle instability; 12. Combined with severe cardio-cerebral nerve disease.
