15 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sparse ovulation or no ovulation; 2. Clinical or biochemical manifestations of high androgen; 3. Ultrasound indicates ovarian polycystic ovary, but excludes other diseases that can cause hyperandrogenism and ovulation disorders, such as 21-hydroxylase deficiency, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia Disease and so on. All healthy people have normal blood sugar and no clinical or biochemical manifestations of hyperandrogen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 40 years, BMI > 35 kg/m2; 2. Cardiovascular disease, thyroid disease, tumor, smoking, diabetes, high blood pressure, impaired renal function (serum creatinine> 120 µmol/l).
