Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients who have been diagnosed with clinical breast cancer and undergo unilateral radical mastectomy (including axillary lymph node dissection) for the first time; 2. Aged >75 years; 3. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form before the operation; 4. ASA II-IV level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with scoliosis; 2. Those who have had neuromuscular system diseases in the past; 3. There are contraindications for thoracic paravertebral block (such as: coagulation dysfunction, receiving anticoagulation therapy or antiplatelet therapy, skin ulcer infection, local anesthetic allergy, etc.).
