Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The gestational age is 26 to 37 weeks; 2. The clinical diagnosis is proposed to be RDS (combined with clinical symptoms and chest X-ray findings).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Respiratory system malformations (micrognathia syndrome, posterior nostril atresia, etc.), complex congenital diseases; 2. Severe circulatory function instability or cardiac arrest or pulmonary hemorrhage requires mechanical ventilation; 3. Automatic discharge during treatment after admission.
