Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with third and fourth degree eye burns.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Corneal thickness less than 300 um; 2. Bacterial, viral and fungal infections; 3. Severe medical diseases; 4. Severe dry eyes; 5. Autoimmune diseases.
