Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chinese female table tennis players were randomly assigned to the integrated neuromuscular training group (TG) and routine training group (CG).All the athletes were in good health and had no injury in the first six months of the experiment.Before the experiment, all subjects understood the purpose and process of the study, and signed an informed consent form.All the research processes and technical means have passed the ethical review of the Ethics Committee of Human Exercise Experiment, Institute of Sport Science, General Administration of Sport of China.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participate in the intensive training of National Table Tennis Team of China for at least two consecutive years.
