Group 1:Total fluid input = physiological requirement + preoperative cumulative loss + continuing loss + third space loss + compensatory volume expansion
Group 2:Goal-directed fluid therapy based on stroke volume variation
Group 3:Goal-directed fluid therapy based on stroke volume variation and plasma colloid osmotic pressure

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The type of surgery is gastric and colorectal cancer surgery (operating time is estimated to be> 2 hours); 2. The patient and family members agree to join the experiment; 3. There is no restriction on gender, age >= 65 years old, body mass index (BMI) 15~30kg/m2, ASA classification is I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with hypertension and poor blood pressure control (blood pressure above 160/90mmHg or irregular medication), combined with diabetes, intraoperative blood loss> 500ml or intraoperative blood product infusion, allergy to hydroxyethyl starch, liver and kidney function damage (Transaminase exceeds 2 times the normal value, and creatinine exceeds 1.5 times the normal value); 2. Operation time < 60min, severe cardiovascular disease (NYHA grade IIII and above), preoperative plasma colloidal osmotic pressure seriously deviates from the normal range; 3. Recent (<=2 weeks) patients with lung dysfunction, history of respiratory failure, emergency surgery, neuromuscular disease, severe pulmonary bullae.
