Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. COVID-19 nucleic acid test and antibody test are negative; 2. Donors are older than 18 years old; 3. The family members of the donor agree to donate blood; 4. Donors only donate liver and kidney; 5. The blood culture result of the donor is negative; 6. The donor sputum culture is negative or the donor sputum culture is positive but there is no evidence of infection in clinical manifestations, laboratory examinations, and imaging examinations (except for positive bacteria that are multi-drug resistant bacteria); 7. The donor's CMV-DNA result is negative; 8. Donate infections that are not transmitted by blood transfusion, including HIV, HBV, HCV and syphilis infections; 9. The mNGS examination of the blood samples of the donors found no infection of bacteria, fungi, viruses, and parasites. 10. The length of the donors stay in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) shall not exceed 7 days; If the donor and recipient meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria, DST will be performed if they meet the following requirements: (1) Blood resources in blood banks are in short supply; (2) The donor-recipient blood cross-match test is negative; (3) According to the guidelines, based on the CMV serological status (D/R) of the donor and recipient, the recipient is of low risk (D-/R-) or medium risk (D±/R+) of CMV infection; (4) Intraoperative hemoglobin of the recipient is less than 70g/L or intraoperative massive bleeding exceeds 1000ml or intraoperative hemodynamic instability due to bleeding occurs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recipients of unconventional liver transplantation, including ABO incompatible liver transplantation, re-liver transplantation, split liver transplantation, multiple organ transplantation, etc.; 2. Recipients with signs of infection within 1 week before surgery.
