65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with osteoarthritis of single knee for elective total knee arthroplasty; 2. BMI18.5~24.0 kg/m2, ASA classification I~III; 3. No restriction on gender, aged 60~85 years; 4. Consent to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past surgery and anesthesia recovery history; 2. Alcohol abusers; smokers; 3. Patients with significantly abnormal liver and kidney functions; a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; a history of lung diseases; patients with severe vision and hearing impairment; 4. Those who cannot communicate normally; delirium, dementia, Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease; 5. Those who do not cooperate and can not complete the trial.
