20 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has low back pain, with or without postpartum hip joint pain, proximal thigh pain, and groin pain; 2. Unilateral or bilateral sacroiliac joint tenderness, 4-character test positive, pelvic separation test positive; 3. X-ray, CT, MRI showed pelvic injury, pubic symphysis separation, sacroiliac joint blur and other sacroiliac arthritis manifestations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney dysfunction and other serious medical diseases; 2. Cognitive dysfunction and mental disorder, do not cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 3. A history of ankylosing spondylitis or other lumbar diseases, and a history of infection or trauma at the lesion; 4. Abnormal blood coagulation function.
