Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 70 years. 2. Perform clinical diagnosis of unilateral or bilateral knee osteoarthritis according to the latest (2018) version of the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis formulated by the Orthopedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. Specifically: (1) Repeated knee joint pain in the past month a; (2) X-ray film (standing or weight-bearing position) shows narrowing of the joint space, subchondral bone sclerosis and/or cystic degeneration, and osteophyte formation on the joint edge; (3) Middle-aged and elderly patients (>= 40 years old); (4) Morning stiffness time =3 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 2. Patients who have had hip/knee replacement surgery or plan to perform hip/knee surgery during the trial period; 3. Patients who suffer from knee joint tumors, tuberculosis, suppuration and disease that affect the structure and function of the joints; 4. At the same time, local use of external treatment methods, such as local application treatment, etc.; 5. Suffer from diseases that hinder participation and affect the completion of the study, such as myocardial infarction or stroke, congestive failure, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cancer, diabetes, severe systemic disease, and severe mental illness in the past three months; 6. Local skin scars are not suitable for intervention, such as: psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, etc.; 7. Patients who have used any experimental drugs in the past 30 days; 8. Participate in other clinical trials at the same time and cannot complete the questionnaire.
