Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly people aged 60 years and older; 2. Can walk 400m in 15 minutes; 3. Can walk without the help of others or crutches; 4. Have not fallen in the past year; 5. Have no severe cognitive or hearing impairment; 6. Able to answer the call; 7. Able to complete the Time UP&GO test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has a history of stroke, severe lung disease, arthritis, Parkinson's disease and severe heart disease; 2. Had major surgery in three years; 3. Poor control of hypertension and diabetes; 4. Receiving cancer treatment.
