18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It currently meets the diagnostic criteria for obsessive-compulsive disorder in DSM-5; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years, Han nationality; 3. Y-BOCS score >= 16 points; 4. Junior high school education and above; 5. Have sufficient audiovisual level to complete the necessary inspections of the research institute; 6. Have never used psychiatric drugs or stopped taking them for at least (including) 8 weeks; 7. Have not taken hormone drugs, contraceptives and other drugs for at least one month; 8. Willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently suffering from a serious physical illness; 2. Serious suicide attempts; 3. Pregnant or lactating women and patients with tic disorders.
