18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Neck pain is accompanied by hand numbness and radiation pain of upper limbs; 3. Cervical X-ray plain film clearly shows "cervical degeneration" and "narrowing of the intervertebral foramina"; 4. The diagnosis of "cervical radiculopathy" is confirmed by the outpatient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with spinal tuberculosis, spinal tumors, myelitis, severe osteoporosis; 2. Suspected spinal cord injury, developmental spinal stenosis (spinal canal ratio = spinal canal sagittal diameter/vertebral body sagittal diameter < 0.75); 3. Accompanied by severe heart, lung, brain and blood diseases; 4. Liver and kidney dysfunction, upper limb muscle strength <= 3; 5. Patients with severe skin diseases or skin lesions at the treatment site and patients with a history of cervical spine surgery; 6. Women during pregnancy, lactation and menstruation.
