Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fasting blood glucose level (FPG)100-126 mg/dL, or 2 hours postprandial blood glucose level (2hPBG)140-199 mg/dL; 2. Fatty acid profile change: saturation Fatty acids (SFA) percentage increase, and unsaturated fatty acids (UFA) percentage decrease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Divide SFA, MUFA, and PUFA percentage into quintiles, and exclude the lowest quintile of SFA percentage and the highest quintile of MUFA and PUFA percentage; 2. Fever, infectious disease, gastrointestinal disease; 3. Combined hepatobiliary disease, malignant tumor, endocrine diseases and other autoimmune diseases, combined with severe organ damage such as heart, liver, brain and kidney; 4.
