Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients over 60 years old with hip fracture who plan to operate under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other serious trauma; 2. Have coagulation dysfunction, or use anticoagulant drugs; 3. Have a long-term history of taking analgesics or a history of local anesthetics allergy; 4. FICB operation area infection; 5. Patients who cannot communicate or score normally.
