18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Existence of chest pain symptoms; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. Proposed coronary angiography and quantitative blood flow score evaluation; 4. The informed consent form has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of definite angina pectoris or ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction or previous myocardial infarction; 2. History of percutaneous coronary intervention or coronary artery bypass grafting; 3. Severe hypertension; 4. Severe valvular heart disease; 5. Myocardiosis; 6. Severe anemia; 7. Intractable arrhythmia; 8. Other stress echocardiography contraindications; 9. With poor image quality; 10. History of allergies to drugs, albumin and other blood products.
