Exposure group (at risk):Hospital mattress + supine, left and right side, alternating every 2 hours
Non-exposed group (no risk of pressure ulcer):Hospital mattress + supine, left and right side, alternating every 2 hours

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are in bed at the time of admission assessment and are >= 65 years old; 2. Able to use pressure blanket and turn over regularly; 3. Able to cooperate with the skin examination from head to toe every time you turn over; 4. The patient or family members signed an informed consent form. those who met all the above conditions and were at risk of pressure ulcers (Braden scale total score 16) were included in the non-exposure group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dying patients; 2. Patients who are being rescued in an emergency; 3. Hemodynamically unstable; 4. Pressure ulcers have occurred or skin diseases have affected the observer.
