Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Overweight or obesity (BMI>24); 2. Fasting blood glucose of 6.1~7.0mmol/L, or blood glucose level of 7.8-11.1mmol/L 2 hours after meal; 3. Fatty acid profile disorder (saturated fatty acids increase, MUFA and PUFA decrease); 4. Do not take drugs that affect blood lipid metabolism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. SFA, MUFA and PUFA are divided into 5 quartiles, and the lowest quintile of SFA and the highest quintile of MUFA and PUFA are excluded; 2. Fever, infectious disease, gastrointestinal disease; 3. Patients who have combined secretory diseases, autoimmune diseases, etc., and other major diseases; 4. Patients taking antibiotics, probiotics or prebiotics within one month; 5. Take fish oil and other unsaturated fatty acid supplements.
