45 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who were 45-85 years required endoscopic examination; 2. Agree to participate in this research activity and sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intolerance to Lugol staining endoscopy/iodine allergy/hyperthyroidism; 2. Endoscopy is taboo; 3. Anesthesia taboo; 4. It is forbidden to stop antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs; 5. Patients with esophageal cancer who have received surgical resection, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy.
