experimental group:Lung nodule localization guided by electromagnetic navigation bronchoscope followed by thoracoscopy operation

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Thin-slice CT examination (at least 0.25mm layer thickness) is consistent with multiple ground glass nodules, imaging is considered as early multiple primary lung cancer, the number of nodules >= 3; 3. Patients were assessed as suitable for single-port thoracoscopic sublobectomy; 4. According to thin-slice CT, patients was diagnosed as clinical stage I (cT1N0) (UICC-TNM 8th edition), and no signs of metastasis were found; 5. ECOG score 0-1; 6. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with active bacterial and fungal infections; 2. Combined with basic lung diseases such as interstitial lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis or severe emphysema; 3. Have received CT puncture or other invasive and invasive examination and positioning before operation; 4. A history of angina, myocardial infarction and heart failure in the past 6 months; 5. Combined with mental illness; 6. Women during pregnancy and lactation. 6. With history of chest surgery (except bullae and rib fractures); 7. With preoperative neoadjuvant treatment; 8. With history of radiotherapy.
