Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were diagnosed by pathology as stage III and IV lung cancer receiving chemotherapy; 2. The patients were screened for CRF, and those who met the criteria of moderate and severe CRF; 3. ECOG PS score = 18 years; 5. No mental and mental disorders, normal language skills, judgment of their own symptoms, and cooperative evaluation; 6. Understand and agree to accept the treatment, and sign the informed consent form; 7. The estimated survival time was more than 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infectious diseases; 2. Accompanied by electrolyte imbalance, moderate to severe anemia, abnormal thyroid function; 3. Allergic patients with drugs used in the study; 4. Patients taking prescription drugs and health care products containing anti fatigue drugs; 5. Chemotherapy combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors.
