18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single-port video-assisted thoracic surgery; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 4. Signed the informed consent form; 5. Expected extubation after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to local anesthetics; 2. Nerve block contraindications, such as: abnormal coagulation function, puncture site infection and so on; 3. With neuropathic pain; 4. Long term use of analgesics; 5. Long term heavy drinking; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Renal insufficiency (estimated glomerular filtration rate 40kg/m^2.
