Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults: (1) Non-smoking adult young healthy people; (2) Not taking any drugs regularly; (3) No history of respiratory and lung diseases; (4) No known neurological or psychiatric history; (5) Sign the informed consent form. 2. Patients with stroke: (1) Confirmed by head CT or MRI scan; (2) Age is greater than or equal to 65 years old; (3) First stroke; (4) Right-handed and stroke is located in the blood supply area of the left middle cerebral artery; (5) No history of respiratory and lung diseases; (6) No medical history related to mental illness; (7) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults: (1) Respiratory tract infection or seasonal allergies in the past 4 weeks; (2) During menstruation, pregnant or breastfeeding; (3) There are metal implants in the body; (4) Alcoholism or drug addicts; (5) Patients who are hypersensitive to the irritation site. 2. Patients with stroke: (1) Patients with severe cognitive impairment cannot cooperate to complete the cough reflex test; (2) Have used ACEI, bronchodilators, hormones, antihistamines and antitussives in the past 4 weeks; (3) There are metal implants in the body; (4) Alcoholism or drug addicts; (5) Patients who are hypersensitive to the irritation site.
