Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Overweight/obese selection criteria: (1) Obesity: BMI >= P95 for children of the same age and sex, or waist circumference >= P95 for children of the same age and sex; (2) Overweight: P85 of BMI of children of the same age and sex =5U/L, with or without LH peak/FSH peak>0.6, pure LH Peak/FSH peak>0.6 is easy to be misdiagnosed; 5) Enlarged gonadal: pelvic ultrasound showed that the volume of the girl's uterus and ovaries increased, and at least one ovarian volume was greater than 1 mL, and multiple follicles with a diameter of greater than 4 mm were visible in the ovaries. Boy testicular volume > 4mL. (2) Peripheral precocious puberty: There is development of secondary sex characteristics and elevated levels of sex hormones, but the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis is immature and asexually developed. (3) Incomplete precocious puberty: Including simple early breast development, early adrenal function, simple early appearance of pubic hair and simple early menarche. 3. Diabetes inclusion criteria (meeting one of the following 4 items can diagnose diabetes): (1) Fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L; (2) 2 hours after oral glucose tolerance load, blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L [glucose 1.75 g/kg (body weight), maximum glucose 75 g]; (3) HbA1c>=6.5% (The HbA1c measurement method needs to be certified by the US Glycated Hemoglobin Standardization Program); (4) Random blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L and signs of diabetes (three more and one less); Meet the above criteria but for asymptomatic patients, it is recommended to repeat the test in the next 1 day to confirm the diagnosis. 4. Selection criteria for normal healthy control children: Healthy children who came to our hospital for physical examination, including height, weight, blood routine, biochemical, urine routine and other indicators are within the normal range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The age of the research subject is beyond the range of 3-18 years old; 2. Not agree to sign the informed consent form; 3. Obesity/precocious puberty/diabetes exclusion criteria: non-initial diagnosis, history of useful medications in the past 3 months, including antibiotics; 4. Exclusion criteria for healthy control children: (1) Children with abnormalities in glucose and lipid metabolism, liver and kidney function, and growth and development in health examination indicators; (2) A history of useful medications, including antibiotics, in the past 3 months.
