18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years, ASA class I-II; 2. Patients scheduled for elective gynecological endoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poorly controlled hypertension, diabetes, cardiac dysfunction (ejection fraction 150 µmol/L) 2. The puncture contraindication syndrome, those who are allergic to research drugs; 3. Use opioids before surgery; 4. Myopathy, morbid obesity (body mass index > 30); 5. History of chronic pain, drug or alcohol abuse history; 6. Cognitive dysfunction.
