PNB group:Pudendal nerve block guided by ultrasound

Control group:No pudendal nerve block

Age

60 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-II level; 2. Aged 60-70 years; 3. The cardiopulmonary function is normal, and it is planned to undergo vaginal sacral fixation and vaginal anterior and posterior wall repair under general anesthesia through vaginal single port laparoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with diabetes or coagulopathy; 2. Long-term use of analgesics and stabilizers; 3. Cognitive dysfunction or severe visual, hearing or language communication obstacles; 4. History of local anesthetic allergy.
