Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with initial ACL reconstruction, no previous knee surgery history, and obvious knee motion pain 12 weeks after surgery. 2. Simple ACL fracture without posterior cruciate ligament and collateral ligament injury,can be combined with medial or lateral meniscus injury or cartilage injury. 3. Without vascular and nerve injury. 4. No obvious pathological changes on the operative side. 5. No joint adhesion, can complete the full range of active and passive joint movement. 6. The affected hip, ankle and contralateral lower limbs function normally. 7. Aged between 18 and 35 years. 8. Patients who have explained the purpose and reason of this study to patients and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lower limb fracture. 2. Withdrawal from rehabilitation treatment due to patient reasons. 3. Patients who can not complete the assessment and rehabilitation training as required. 4. Severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic systems; 5. Patients with emotional and mental disorders. 6. Pregnant women.
