Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Senior citizens or children; 2. Severe organic organ disease; 3. Severe chronic liver, kidney and respiratory diseases; 4. Drug and alcohol abusers, mentally handicapped persons, and mentally retarded persons; 5. Drug allergies and addicts.
